Vendor table guidelines, rules, and purchase forms for space at the MOSS CON events.

Vendor Registration Instructions

Each Vendor wishing to reserve and pay for table space inside the model display and judging area must complete 1 Vendor Registration Form indicating your information along with the number of tables to reserve.

Cost for tables are $25 each and $30 each after April 1, 2026

Important Times

• Vendor Setup begins at 7AM and extends to 8:30AM

• Doors Open at 8:30AM

• Contestant registration is between 8:30AM and Noon

• Judging begins at Noon and typically lasts until 3PM

• Award delivery begins no later than 3:30PM

• Vendor breakdown can start immediately after the awards have been delivered.

• MOSS Club members will be on hand to assist in unlading and loading your product.
